Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your $30 deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment within 30 days. After 30 days, a new deposit is required. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ♡
